COVID-19 Relief Program
As being a small business itself, PTG is committed to helping everyone weather this pandemic.
If you are a business that is shut down by the government, we will suspend and waive most charges for our services during the shutdown period.
Having said that, here are the conditions of the agreement:
Your service usage must drop substantially during the shutdown and be used for essential services only.
What does this mean? For VoIP customers, this means that the service is being used for essential purposes inside the business. Informing customers you are shut down and providing information so they can navigate the shutdown. We can provide you with call forwarding to your cell phone and messages to play to your customers to inform them. Outbound calls should be kept to a minimum.
For GPS fleet tracking, this means that most of your fleet is parked and idle and occasionally being moved to ensure the well being of the vehicles.
Computer Consulting, Cloud Backup, and VPS/Webhosting is not included in this offer.
Reinstatement of Billing
Once the government lifts the restrictions on your business, we will resume billing for the services the following month.
Charges that cannot be waived, modified, or suspended
The following list contains most items are ineligible for this program. This list is not comprehensive but will give you an idea of what to expect.
- Government mandated charges (E911, Police & Fire Protection Fee, taxes)
- Any custom charge that is passed thru to the customer and billed as a convenience.
- Previously billed services.
How to apply for this program
Please open up a billing ticket if you have not already been contacted by us. We will review the situation and update the ticket with our decision.
Power To Grow Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program as it sees fit.
We will monitor customer accounts in this program for compliance. You will be informed of non-compliance and billing will resume.
